Anthony Ferris has just arrived back in Australia from a three month trip in Europe with other Art Students after completing my Advanced Diploma in Fine Art at Newcastle art School.

In 2009 he is enrolled in Bachelor of Fine Art at Newcastle University, majoring in Painting. He is actively involved in the Newcastle arts community; volunteering with commercial and student galleries, participating as a board member in the Front Room.

What does Anthony think about the ARTHive and THe Hive Studios?

I am very excited about working on this project as I am keen to be involved within the collective and the setting up and maintaining of a Gallery. I want to be more involved in the Artistic scene in Newcastle and i think this is the perfect place to be involved.
